Fleet Intelligence clients share commercially sensitive operational and financial information with AXLE. We treat that seriously.

Our commitments

• Fleet information you share with AXLE is treated as confidential.
• Your data is used to perform the agreed analysis and prepare your reports — nothing else.
• AXLE does not sell customer fleet information, and does not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed work or as required by law.
• A mutual NDA can be agreed before any data is shared, where appropriate.
• On termination of an engagement, we will delete or return your fleet data on request.

Website privacy

This website collects the information you submit through our enquiry forms (such as name, company, contact details and fleet information you choose to provide) so that we can respond to you. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used; this involves cookies and collects usage data in accordance with Google's policies.

Form submissions on this site are currently delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit, a third-party form relay service — meaning the contents of a submitted form pass through that provider. Please do not include commercially sensitive fleet data or financial account information in website forms; the forms exist to start a conversation, and detailed information is exchanged securely afterwards by agreement.

We do not sell personal information. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request deletion, contact hello@axlegroup.ae.
